Ophir Falk told Israeli voters that the "genocidal Ayatollah regime in Iran" must be removed, naming Benjamin Netanyahu and Donald Trump as the specific pair suited for the task. The Prime Minister's foreign policy adviser sent the written remarks to The Jerusalem Post on Monday, one day before the national vote.

Falk positioned the election as a choice regarding the final two years of the current US administration. He asked readers to consider who would best coordinate with the President to complete operations in Iran and expand regional peace. "Who will best cooperate and coordinate with the President to finish the job in Iran and expand peace in the region?" he wrote.

The Prime Minister received direct support from Washington on Sunday evening. President Trump renewed his endorsement on Truth Social, urging citizens to select the leader who would continue their shared work. "Vote for Bibi Netanyahu for Prime Minister; we have to finish the job that we started!" the President posted.

Falk contrasted that support with the goals of regional adversaries. He stated that Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and Iran all prefer a different outcome in Jerusalem. "At the same time, Israel's enemies, Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and, of course, Iran, want Netanyahu to lose," he said.

The adviser also provided a strategic assessment, claiming the alliance between the two nations has reached its highest point while opposition forces hit their lowest. "Israel and the American-Israeli alliance have never been stronger, and Iran and its proxies have never been weaker," Falk noted. He did not provide a specific method or timeline for how the US and Israel would execute the removal of Iran's leadership.

Falk had discussed this topic in an interview with The Jerusalem Post on October 15. At that time, he described Israel as being "very close" to creating conditions for a leadership change in Tehran. He maintained that the final decision belongs to the Iranian people, stating, "Regime change in Iran is up to the Iranian people."

The written comments arrived just hours before polls open on Tuesday, October 27. Falk's message focuses on the partnership between the two heads of state rather than detailing a military or diplomatic roadmap. The election will determine who leads the country during the remainder of the Trump term.
